Description

The DW30 provides the ideal harmonization of high safety standards and extensive equipment for many application options. Whether with a cabin or roll bar, with concrete skip or swivel tip skip: it is individually adaptable ex works, making it a real all-rounder for any construction site. It simultaneously provides a 3-ton payload at low dimensions, which means it can be efficiently applied, even in area that are more difficult to access. For the precise placement of materials in concreting works, the optional concrete skip is equipped with a pouring pan. The DW30 provides a very high level of safety equipment both as standard and across all available versions.

Roomy, comfortable cab

  • The large, spacious cab offers protection from external influences and ensures a comfortable working environment in every kind of weather, fulfilling ROPS and FOPS level 2 as standard.
  • The optional air-conditioning system offers maximum comfort and a pleasant working temperature, even at high external temperatures. The tinted windows, sun blinds and laminated safety glass increase safety and user comfort.
  • The very well-placed storage options and control elements help the operator perform all the important accesses and work steps quickly and efficiently and save time.

Fold-down roll over protection system (ROPS) with gas pressure damper

  • The fold-down roll over protection system with gas pressure damper provides a very low clearance height with simultaneously high safety standards.
  • It is ideal for transport and saves room.
  • The gas pressure damper makes folding the ROPS bar up and down easy.

Gradeability 50%

  • The high gradeability provides safer working and material handling on difficult terrain.

Skip monitoring

  • Skip monitoring takes over the control of the skip position before driving off and thus prevents consequential damage or accidents.
  • Real-time checking of the skip position informs the operator if locking is incomplete and reduces travel speed to 13 km/h to avoid accidents.
  • This minimizes the risk of damage or accidents to the machine and the surroundings.

Inclination monitoring

  • If the machine is tilted in an unsafe standing position or becomes unstable, the inclination monitoring intervenes and warns the operator.
  • An optical and an acoustic signal display both the speed limitation with the skip tilted in an unsafe position as well as an unstable machine position. This should make it clear to the operator that he is exposed to an increased risk of accident if he does not pay attention.
