1. The equipment combines ice-breaking, collection, and side-drainage functions, allowing for one-time clearing of ice and snow from the road surface.
2. Double-row, multi-set ice-breaking wheels with an independent floating structure automatically follow the road surface shape, ensuring ice-breaking without damaging the road surface. The staggered arrangement of the front and rear rows provides double compaction and full coverage of broken ice.
3. The ice-breaking blades feature an arc-rotation shearing design with diamond-shaped cutting for enhanced ice-breaking capability. The hollowed-out welded blades prevent snow from being trapped during ice-breaking.
4. Independently floating snow collection shovels form a floating shovel assembly. A pressure cylinder ensures the shovel blades make tight contact with the ground for collecting the broken ice and snow. Each shovel automatically swings backward and upward to overcome obstacles, providing independent obstacle avoidance and enabling road surface contour-following operation.
5. A side-drainage spiral auger discharges snow to the right, driven by an original imported Rexroth hydraulic motor and gearbox transmission, providing strong side-drainage capability and stable, reliable operation.
6. This equipment integrates four functions: crushing, collecting, side discharge, and sweeping. It operates quickly, has strong crushing capacity, and does not damage the road surface. It is suitable for rapid ice breaking, snow removal, and clearing operations on highways, national roads, municipal roads, airports, and large factories and mines.
