The ice-breaking blades feature an arc-rotation shearing design with diamond-shaped cutting for enhanced ice-breaking capability. The hollowed-out welded blades prevent snow from being trapped during ice-breaking. 4. Independently floating snow collection shovels form a floating shovel assembly. A pressure cylinder ensures the shovel blades make tight contact with the ground for collecting the broken ice and snow.
