Description
KOMPATTO 221 Overview
The Komplet Kompatto 221 is one of the smallest self-propelled mobile screening plants on the market, designed specifically for limited-access job sites. This compact vibrating screener can be fed directly by an excavator, backhoe, processed material pile, or even the discharge belt of a Komplet crusher—eliminating the need for additional handling equipment.
Powered by a 25 HP diesel engine and equipped with two 7′ x 3.5′ screens, the Kompatto 221 delivers production rates up to 90 tons per hour. Despite its small size, it provides efficient screening for construction and demolition debris, excavation material, and rubble. Highly maneuverable and easy to transport, the Kompatto 221 is the ideal screening solution for contractors working in confined spaces who still need dependable performance.

Two Fines Belt Configurations to Match Your Operation
The Kompatto 221 is available in two distinct configurations based on how the fines belt handles and discharges the fine material fraction separated during screening. Understanding the difference helps you choose the right setup for your specific jobsite workflow.
Side-By-Side Rear Fines Belt
The first option features a side-by-side rear fines belt positioned at the back of the machine. This configuration gives the operator the flexibility to discharge fines material in either direction — left or right — directly off the rear of the screener. That bidirectional capability makes this version particularly well-suited for windrow operations, where material needs to be laid down in parallel rows across a site. The side-by-side design keeps the discharge low and controlled, letting operators build windrows cleanly without repositioning the machine.
Long Straight Discharge Fines Belt
The second configuration replaces the side-by-side belt with a longer, straight discharge fines belt that runs directly off the back of the machine. This extended belt offers a significantly higher pile height compared to the side-by-side option, making it ideal for operations that need to build larger stockpiles in a single position. The straight discharge direction channels all fines material straight back off the Kompatto 221, keeping the stockpile concentrated and maximizing clearance height for better material accumulation without frequent machine repositioning.

OVERSIZE CONVEYOR ATTACHMENT
The Komplet Kompatto 221 PLUS compact screener is equipped with the optional oversize conveyor attachment. Available at an additional cost, this upgrade is designed to improve material handling efficiency on your jobsite.
Discharges oversize material further away from the machine
Increases stockpile height for reduced material handling
Minimizes the need for frequent repositioning of equipment
Built for productivity and convenience, the Kompatto 221 PLUS with the oversize conveyor attachment helps streamline your workflow, reduce machine movement, and keep your operation running efficiently from start to finish.
